OUR STORY
Where it all began
First Alliance Housing was established in 2020 to deliver high quality, sustainable and affordable housing across the social housing sub-sectors. The story began in 2017 with Myshon, a sister company of FAH, providing Intensive Housing Management services into c.5000 units nationwide on behalf of local authorities, housing associations and specialist supported housing charities.
A common theme identified by Myshon when onboarding new homes was the lack of compliance and overall poor property standards provided by existing landlords. A natural progression for Myshon was to deliver their own housing solutions through an investment and development company; First Alliance Housing.
Our ambition is to increase our
housing delivery every year by
collaborating with both public
and private sector bodies.
To date, the FAH team has proudly delivered in excess of £60m worth of housing across the sector, creating c.1000 homes for the most vulnerable within society.
FAH aims to make a real difference every single day to not only vulnerable residents being housed, but to our partners who share the same passion for creating real estate with real purpose.
